About the game

Deceptively simple, infinitely deep

Motif is a two-player abstract strategy board game played on a 5×5 board of rotating wooden tiles. Each tile can be white, gold or black. Move your tokens, turn tiles to your colour, and finish the game with at least 13 of the 25 tiles, or box in every one of your opponent’s tokens to win on the spot.
